Description

Walk With Ease is a 6 week fitness course, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 2:00-3:00pm, October 6-November 14. This 6-week course provides a positive, health-educational walking group 3 times a week held at Lion's Park. Class begins with a wellness-workshop/stretch and then a group-walking session between 10 & 40 minutes.
