Leadership Hayward is a professional development program that welcomes leaders at every stage of their career from organizations throughout Hayward providing participants with essential knowledge, tools, and opportunities to advance their leadership capabilities in service to their community. Participants engage in nine comprehensive full-day sessions led by industry experts representing the full range of business, government, nonprofit, and educational sectors.
