The fall session for Mindful Yoga with Surfer Mike will start soon. The class will be held at the Lucie Stern Ballroom from 5:30pm – 6:45pm on Mondays (9/9 – 12/16) from 5:30 pm – 6:45 pm. The fee is $110 for residents and $121 for non-residents. Surfer Mike teaches mindfulness meditation and yoga with awareness and he has been teaching meditation and yoga since 1997. He teaches yoga to kids, athletes, dharma bums, people in pain, surfers on the beach. He is a longtime student of Vipassana mediation, Angela Farmer /Victor van Kooten, a certified yoga teacher. When not teaching yoga, he can be found surfing.
